All of our Ottoman bases are British made and are made of solid MDF wood including the bottom giving it a very strong storage base with gas lift struts to keep up the storage lid in a variety of fabrics, damask, velours, and wool and colours and sizes with glides for feet. The base is already constructed, for larger sizes the base comes in two halves and bolt and clip together. For the extra storage needed an ottoman base with gas lift struts may be the option to go for with an end or side opening depending on your room layout. Sizes available 3′, 4′, 4’6, 5′, 6′.
